Websites are boring—even the good ones. So for #Cannes, we did something no agency (that we know of) has done before. We turned our website into a playlist and named it Hot URL Summer. Because if people aren’t reading, let’s give them something they want to listen to.
Challenge:
Getting noticed during Cannes is no small feat, and we wanted to do it in a way that felt fun, memorable, and uniquely ours. Instead of just another website, we set out to create a digital vibe that matches those endless summer feels.
Strategy:
Our approach? Transform our website into a playlist that travels with you, wherever summer takes you. With the help of AI music generation, we created tunes like Neon Beach Days, Rosé All Day, and Sunset Static—tracks designed to capture the essence of summer, whether you’re shotgunning White Claws in Wildwood or sipping margs in Mexico.
Execution:
Using AI, we created each track to bring out the best of summer’s spirit, with everything from chilled-out beats to electrifying anthems. Our website became the destination for Hot URL Summer vibes, a place where visitors could listen, relax, and feel the energy of Cannes—without needing to read a word.
Results:
The playlist hit the mark, drawing listeners in and making waves at Cannes. By putting our own creative twist on website engagement, Cast Iron LA turned something ordinary into a playlist that stays fresh, fun, and uniquely Cast Iron.
