The Challenge

Las Vegas has no shortage of personal injury lawyers. The market is saturated with billboard faces and 800 numbers. Shook & Stone needed a campaign that didn't look, sound, or feel like the rest of them. The firm had the track record, but their marketing blended into the noise of a city where every other bus bench has a lawyer on it.

The Strategy

Dogs as client surrogates. Not because it's cute, because it's disarming. People feel vulnerable when they need a lawyer. They're hurt, confused, and dealing with insurance companies who don't return calls. We turned that vulnerability into something they'd root for. Dogs get hurt, dogs need help, dogs get justice. The emotional logic is immediate and universal.

Stage 1 — Concept & Brand

Insight, campaign concept, and creative platform developed by a team of four. Every element built around one truth: Shook & Stone fights for the underdog. The campaign line, the visual language, the casting, the jingle, all laddered up to that single idea. Nothing was decorative. Everything earned its place.

Stage 2 — Production

Three-day shoot in Las Vegas. Nine TV spots directed by Matt Uhry, executive produced by Martell Rose. Five radio spots. Original jingle composed by Zack Wright that was designed to stick in your head whether you wanted it to or not. Full production managed and delivered by a team that understood the market and the medium. No agency bloat. Just the people who needed to be in the room.

Stage 3 — Market

TV running across Las Vegas market, supported by outdoor billboards, Google display and search, print, and social. Full-channel presence designed to surround the audience. When someone in Vegas gets hurt, they should think of Shook & Stone before they think of anyone else. Frequency and consistency across every medium made that happen.

Outcomes

Significant increases in qualified leads, inbound phone calls, and social leads. Website traffic climbed while cost per lead dropped. Shook & Stone differentiated in one of the most cluttered legal advertising environments in the country. And the jingle stuck. People sang it back to us. That's when you know the campaign is working at a level beyond clicks and impressions.
